Meditation Mandala

In-person meditation gathering
Thursday, March 27 – Sunday, March 30, 2025

Mount Madonna Retreat Center
Watsonville, California (near Santa Cruz)

Ācāryas Lisa Golden and Cindy Lusk are offering this Blue Throat Yoga Meditation Mandala to support and help create growth and depth in your Neelakantha Meditation practice and in your life overall.

The event will include an opening session on Thursday night, two full days of deep practice in group sessions on Friday and Saturday, a closing session on Sunday morning, and optional group lunch on Sunday.

During our time together, we will practice Neelakantha meditation as well as engage in additional practices and study and enjoy personal time for rest and reflection. This is a precious time to step away from life’s normal concerns and cultivate a deep inward focus. In just a few days, each person will experience their own deep journey and have the opportunity for fresh insight and perspective to emerge. Neelakantha Meditation initiates at all levels of practice and study are invited and encouraged to participate.

Location

Mount Madonna Retreat Center is the home of a sacred Hanuman and Ganesha temple on a redwood-covered mountaintop in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains. For many decades, the center has hosted a wide variety of events with a focus on spiritual and personal growth.
