Neelakantha Meditation Initiation
Two-Day Course with Lisa Golden – July 11-12
Plus Ongoing Teleseminars and Support Through Blue Throat Yoga
Typically Neelakantha Meditation is only taught in person; however, due to the current global need to restrict movement and in-person interactions, for a limited time I will be initiating and teaching individuals from a distance. As with traditional initiation, teaching will take place over 2 days and through a formal process which includes a one-on-one component. After the need for social distancing has passed, new initiates should plan to meet with me in person to affirm their practice.
- Saturday, July 11:
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Group session: Introduction to the practice
12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Individually scheduled one-on-one sessions; your specific 1 hour long time slot TBD
- Sunday, July 12:
10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Group session: Theory and practice (with lunch break)
Please note: All sessions will be online via Zoom. Live attendance is essential. Sessions will not be recorded.
Online Chanting and Meditation
For current Neelakantha Meditation practitioners, I am also offering opportunities to chant and meditate together online. Opportunities include group chanting of Śrī Rudram and the Gaṇapaty-Atharva-Śīrṣa-Upaniṣad, with or without additional time for meditation. I will also be offering an opportunity for those wishing to learn or improve their practice of Śrī Rudram.
